We take you to one of the “Ten Best Beaches in the World”, Treasure Beach, at Treasure Cay on Great Abaco — named for the fleet of 17 Spanish treasure galleons that sank offshore in the late 16th Century. (Some wrecks have been found... others still wait for the treasure seekers.) Treasure Beach offers three miles of wide, uncrowded sugary white sand arcing around a shallow turquoise bay. For much of its length, Treasure Beach is yours alone... but at the eastern end you'll find lots to do, including waterskiing, sailing, snorkeling, wind-surfing, diving, fishing, snackbars, beach bars, and waterside restaurants.
